- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used to have multiple business banking accounts. One of them for a income property mortgage. The manager was instructed that if there were funds needed to cover a withdrawal [mortgage payment] that funds should be transferred from the primary account [always a large balance--the bank is able to loan money out based on deposits]. Noticed on my credit report a late mortgage payment from 1st National. When I called to ask them to get the item removed from the report they refused. I now bank at Saratoga National. If you are looking for a tech friendly/people friendly service related bank 1st National is NOT it.By Wayne Akey, April 15, 2017
